Porsche Cars North America Annual Holiday Party
In September, 1984, this world-renowned European racing automaker opened its North American headquarters providing sales, service and parts support to their dealerships. The company believes that the employees have to be as enthusiastic about their jobs as this brand's owners are about their cars. In other words: “Enthusiastic Employees = Enthusiastic Car Owners.” Many events are planned throughout the year for employees to celebrate but none more important than the Annual Holiday Party.
Historically, this important employee event has been held in upscale Atlanta hotels. This year, however, the event team had a new challenge: to find a venue that was beautifully unique, geographically accessible and large enough to accommodate all of their guests. Primrose Cottage's “Home for the Holidays” had it all with a ballroom large enough to comfortably seat 200 guests, a jazz trio and Employee Holiday Luncheon. An event so important, the President/CEO flew in from Germany to deliver his year-in-review presentation and rewards.
With the entire 1839 mansion decorated for the Holiday Season, guests felt the warmth that only a home setting can provide. The décor, with each room more beautiful than the next, encouraged exploration and conversation among the guests. Quickly, the chill of formality melted as a friendly ambiance filled the house inspired by “Home for the Holidays” at Primrose Cottage.
